Cynthia Roth Pahr, Founder of EduCLIME, LLC, has been an educator in both special and general education, teaching, training and curriculum development since 1982.
Awarded a Master's Degree in special education from the University of San Diego, Ms. Pahr has combined her extensive knowledge of physical challenges, brain injury and learning disabilities with her love of education to improve the lives of children. Her training encompasses a comprehensive approach including the cognitive, medical, physical, psychological and educational aspects of teaching. She also has extensive experience working with children who have experienced brain injuries. She coordinates educational programming, trains teachers and educational teams on how to best meet these children's needs. Cindy's unique credential certifying her as a Teacher of Students with Physical Disabilities and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist set her apart from most special educators.
Applying best practices in teaching, Special Education interventions, Assistive Technology, Occupational and Physical Therapy techniques to the classroom is an innovative and integral part of Cindy's philosophy. A working knowledge of special and general education along with solid classroom experience qualify Cindy with a practical understanding of students’ and teachers’ needs.
Cindy Roth Pahr frequently speaks to school district leaders, teachers and para-professionals. She also taught as an adjunct professor for graduate students on strategies to help students of various levels succeed. Cindy's extensive training of general educators has been both successful and well-received in schools throughout the country. Her presentations include topics such as addressing differentiated instruction, motor skill development, handwriting, educational issues related to traumatic brain injury, as well as the CLIME® Program and Living Letters® Handwriting training.
Cindy Roth Pahr has created a unique set of teaching tools that address various learning and motor skill difficulties. Ms. Roth Pahr has a "patent pending" for handwriting and motor skill teaching systems.
